Located 1 km from Sanjusangen-do Temple and less than 1 km from TKP Garden City Kyoto in the centre of Kyoto, Kyoto Takasegawa Bettei provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The traditional atmosphere, the setting, especially the bath. In addition, the extremely helpful staff really made our stay pleasant. I recommend the Japanese breakfast if you want to experience high-end Japanese food!

I loved absolutely everything about Luck You, a japanese-style inn. The team was lovely and friendly, the room was comfortable, clean and beautiful. The futons were very cozy, the breakfast delicious. It's next to a sento (public bath) that guests can use for free. The building itself is beautiful and everything looks new. I travelled with my partner for a second honeymoon and I'll treasure my time in Kyoto forever.

Located in Ine, 16 km from Manai Shrine and 16 km from Motoise Kono Shrine, 海蔵寺 宿坊 櫻海 provides air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. What a great find this accomodation has been! After being initially slightly dissapointed we could not get a funaya accommodation, after our actual stay, all I can say is how lucky we were to have experienced the stay here instead. The room was so spaceous, and bright, with all the facilities we would have wanted. The kotatsu has been lovely! All the decoration and overall setting feels so cosy and warm. Exceptional breakfast, with many delicious choices. Lots of flavor and fresh, local ingredients. Loved the pickles and the atsuki dessert! Everything was spot on! Much more than we could have hoped. Wish we could have stayed more to enjoy the room facilities even better.

Nazuna Kyoto Tsubaki St. Provides accommodation located 600 metres from the centre of Kyoto and offers an open-air bath and a shared lounge. Spent the night here in Kyoto and wish I had booked another one! The staff is very friendly, prompt and kindly let us leave our bags before check-in and after check-out. The dinner option was also spectacular, with fluent english staff and a great pace to have a wagyu tasting.

Kyoto'da, Gion Shijo İstasyonu'na yaklaşık 1 km, Samurai Kembu Kyoto'ya ise yürüyerek 15 dakika uzaklıkta yer alan Ishibekoji Muan, klimalı ve özel banyolu odalarıyla hizmet vermektedir. We had no clue what to expect when we booked this place but were looking for something traditional and were only finding places that looked a little creepy. When we arrived our hostess greeted us at the door and brought us inside to a cold drink and cold towel after we were walking in the heat all day. She looked after us our whole stay. Recommended a traditional Japanese dinner and answered every question we had. We had the best sleep and the room was traditional but with a modern twist and we absolutely loved it. What an amazing experience. Thank you!

Kyoto'da Gion Shijo İstasyonu'na 1 km'den daha kısa mesafede yer alan Gion Oyado Kikutani, 3 yıldızlı konaklama olanağı ve bahçe sunmaktadır. Rooms are very comfortable, in the bath you have a bathtub that is really joyful. Staff was very nice as well. I enjoyed the hotels japenese style breakfast first day but on the second day me and my gf are kinda bored of eating fish on the breakfast so they gave us a coupon that covered our breakfast at the coffe 100 m away from the hotel. I can recommend. Location is also 8-10 minutes away from GION district.

Situated in Kyoto, 800 metres from Heian Shrine, 明和荘Mei Wa Inn features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and express check-in and check-out. Great location away from the crowds but a very short distance away from pretty much all the hot spots. It’s generally pretty rare to find a place with this much space in a major city in Japan for what is honestly a steal of a price. The host went far and beyond what I expected and honestly did a better job helping our group plan activities and restaurants than many hotel concierges I have dealt with.

Every aspect of our stay was great but the hospitality of the hosts and staff is what truly stands out. The attention to every single details is also amazing and noticeable from the moment you step in.
